Aimed at all levels, the first of three relaxed and hands-on baking sessions on consecutive Tuesdays are perfect for anyone who wants to learn how to make better cakes, breads and pastries.
Part 1: Wholemeal spelt and rye loaf, spicy cornbread, chocolate custard muffins and shortbreads.
You will go away with bags of goodies and lots of chef’s tips to help you carry on with your baking at home.
