Using the best seasonal produce we will explore the combination of flavours, colours and textures for food that is both delicious to eat and beautiful to behold.
Not just for vegetarians and vegans, this hands-on day is aimed at anyone who wants learn more about the vegan way of eating. There will be lots of tips on how to adapt recipes to suit other diets including finding alternatives to wheat and refined sugars to create tasty treats.
