Cookery Workshops

Get hands-on with our cookery session and pick up a whole host of recipes, tips and ideas for new dishes, often using locally grown, seasonal produce.

Herbs and Spices with Sabrina Zeif

Saturday 3rd June
£35 per person
This will inspire you to be more creative and adventurous in your cooking by gaining confidence to flavour your meals like a pro. Sabrina will be teaching fresh and flavourful dishes that incorporate herbs and spices from around the world whilst drawing from her native Caribbean roots, where using herbs and spices in cooking is second-nature.

Sizzling Somosas with Lajina Leal

Thursday 29th June
£35 per person
Learn to make authentic somosas under the expert guidance of Lajina from Lajina Masala.
Make a traditional Punjabi somosa with a pea and potato filling from scratch, using fresh ingredients and learning how to spice, fold into their triangular shape and deep fry them. Traditionally served with Indian Chai, a sweet, yet spicy tea served to guests with a fresh tamarind chutney as an afternoon treat.
10.00am until 2.00pm
