More and more of us are choosing or needing to exclude food groups from our diet. This can be a real change for the better but it can also make catering for ourselves, friends or family members a challenge! This hands-on session is designed by Milly to help you successfully cook a variety of balanced dishes which taste great and are Gluten and Dairy Free! There will be lots to make and plenty to discuss so you’ll come away with a bag of delicious food and a new positivity about your cooking. All recipes on the day will be vegetarian and can be adapted to suit a vegan diet.
