Plant Based Cookery – Ricotta and Savoury Crackers

Join course leader, Chrissy, as you learn some new and exciting ways to eat meat alternatives with these three plant-based and vegetarian cookery sessions.
Learn how to make your own ricotta cheese using milk from our local producer, Proper Good Dairy, and flavour it with some wild ingredients. Bake your own crackers and learn to make a vegan mayonnaise.
